Chole Kulcha (2 Kulcha)
Origin - It is being said that Shah Jahan was once presented Kulcha by his royal Khansama and King loved it so much that it became one of the famous staples of that period. It became famous among the Mughals and nizam who while traveling to the northern part of India took this dish along with themselves.1
It is made with white peas and mixed with simple spices like red chilli powder, salt and chaat masala and topped with some chaat masala gives it all that scrumptious flavour. It tastes even better when topped with a little bit of butter and accompanied with fresh pickled salad.
