Please Read and understand our “Cancellation and Refund Policy “ Carefully before using our Portal or Mobile Application. By placing the order on our Portal would be assumed that you have red our Policy carefully and bound to accept the same as per company policy.
- Customer Cancellation
- Once Order get placed, It would not get cancelled as a general rule. You can only cancel the Order within One minute from the time of placing your order. However, Cancellation would only be depend on your previous history, Indori foodie reserves the right in the sole discretion of Company only to deny any order cancellation even got cancelled within One Minute of order placed depending on customer history.
- After One minute of cancellation, Indori Foodie would have all rights to collect penalty as 100% of order charges including delivery charges for the damage done to Indori Foodie with a right to either not to refund the Order value in case Customer’s Order is prepaid or recover from the Customer's subsequent Order in case his/her Order is postpaid, to compensate the Sellers.
- Non-Customer Cancellation
- Indori Foodie reserves all the rights to collect penalty for the Orders to be cancelled by Indori Foodie or Merchant for reasons not attributable to Indori Foodie, including but not limited to:
- in the event if the address provided by Customer is either wrong or falls outside the delivery zone;
- failure to contact Customer by phone or email at the time of delivering the Order booking;
- failure to deliver Customer Order due to lack of information, direction or authorisation from Customer at the time of delivery; or
- unavailability of all the items ordered by Customer at the time of booking the Order; or
- unavailability of all the items ordered by Customer at the time of booking the Order.
- In case of cancellations for the reasons attributable to Indori Foodie or the Merchant, Indori Foodie shall not collect any penalty from the Customer.
- Customer may be entitled to a refund for prepaid Orders only in below cases
- If delivered Food is other than Ordered Food.
- If Packaging is tempered badly or opened.
- Our decision on refunds shall be final and binding.
- All refund amounts shall be credited to Customer’s Wallet account from where Customer can order any other food using Wallet money.
Provided the same is communicated to Indori Foodie Customer Care through the Platform before the Order is marked delivered.
